Why a REALTOR
Not all real estate licensees are created equally in Washington State. Only those who are members of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) are able to call themselves a REALTOR®. A REALTOR® is held to a higher standard than a licensee, and a REALTOR® must abide by the REALTOR® Code of Ethics set forth by NAR.
By pledging to be a REALTOR, your real estate agent is promising to hold themselves accountable for their ethical behavior and business practices. That is why to use a REALTOR® .
